1.1 Service Description

ProjectAds allows users to upload advertisements and display them on digital billboards operated by our partners in Lucknow. We facilitate scheduling, payments, and moderation.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use ProjectAds and submit accurate information.

1.3 Payments

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe. Once an ad is approved and scheduled, payments are considered final.

1.4 Ad Play Policy

• Starter — 10 plays/day
• Growth — 20 plays/day
• Premium — 50 plays/day

1.5 Scheduling & Downtime

While we strive for full uptime, power issues or hardware faults may delay playback. ProjectAds will reschedule or compensate if delays occur from our side.

2.1 Data We Collect

• Personal information (name, phone, email)
• Uploaded ad creatives
• Payment data (handled by Razorpay)
• Analytics & device information

2.2 How Your Data Is Used

• To schedule ads
• To process payments
• To notify you about approvals or issues
• To improve platform security & performance

2.3 Data Sharing

Data is shared only with payment processors, billboard operators, and cloud storage providers. We never sell your data.

Refunds are provided only if:

• An ad is not played due to an error from ProjectAds
• A duplicate payment occurred
• A technical fault prevented scheduling

Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval.

Prohibited content includes:

• Adult or explicit content
• Political or election material
• Hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Illegal products or services
• Copyrighted content without permission
• False or misleading claims

Violations may result in rejection without refund.

• Use high-quality images/videos
• Videos must not exceed 10 seconds
• Ensure text is readable and concise
• Follow local advertising laws
• Provide accurate contact details
